Manda Strong Foundation (“we,” “us”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in McKinney, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through mandastrong.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Nominate a Mom form. When you nominate a mom, we collect the details you provide about her (name, address, email, phone, diagnosis, treatment and family information), her doctor’s contact information, and your own name, email and phone. We use this only to review the nomination, contact the people involved and provide support. Health details are kept confidential and shared only with the team members and volunteers who need them to serve the family.
Email newsletter. When you subscribe, we collect your first name and email address to send you updates about our moms, events and ways to help. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Donations and event registration. Donations and event sign-ups are handled by our secure donation platform, Kindful. Payments are processed by Kindful, and we never see or store your full card or bank details. We receive your name, contact information and gift details, which we use to thank you, send tax receipts, keep our records, and share news and updates from Manda Strong Foundation.
Contacting us. If you email or call us, we use what you send only to respond to you.
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and to keep the site running. We do not use advertising trackers or sell visitor data.
Some pages include videos from Vimeo and YouTube (shown in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode). When you play a video, these services may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
We never sell, rent, trade or share donor information with other organizations. Donor information is used only for Manda Strong Foundation’s own communications and fundraising. We use these trusted service providers to run the site and our programs, and they handle information on our behalf:
